The inside was a stylish chic but very clean and organized. The customer service started over the phone with Brandon being so helpful and letting me know the availability as a walk in. After walking in, Brandon let me know there was a bit of a wait but did his best to keep me updated and even assisted me with picking a nail color. My nail tech was also super sweet. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me suggestions on my next service for when I come in to help with my nails. My polish change came out very nice and neat, and I had an overall great experience. Definitely a place that I would go back to.

She received a gel…read morepedicure, while I am taking a break from gel because one of my toenails cracked in half from it. I was charged separately for gel removal, which confused me because I have never been charged for something that is normally part of the pedicure service. I was told that because I did not get polish afterward, there was an additional charge for gel removal. Before my card was charged, I explained that this unexpected charge meant neither technician would receive a tip. I tip very well wherever I go, and both service workers missed out on a $20 tip because of this charge. To make matters worse, I still have noticeable gel residue left on several of my toenails. With the gel removal charge my total came up to 109. I told her prior to charging my card that if I was charged a $7 fee for gel removal I would not tip $40. She shrugged her shoulders and minutes later try to refund me. Thank you Posh while it lasted, I've been coming here for a while, I'll now be choosing somewhere else to tip 40%

I'm horrible at applying them! I feel like $25 is a bargain if they last the full two weeks that was promised by the technician who applied them. Things to know: There isn't always someone there to apply extensions. I stopped by one day last week and the lady wasn't coming in until after 4:00. Today I called first, but still had to wait 15 minutes. The process took about 20 minutes and was a little uncomfortable. The lady taped my upper lids open while she worked her magic. You are given a choice between several lash lengths and thicknesses. The lashes are individual and not strips. $25!!!! Keep your fingers crossed for me. I'm hoping to get as much time as I can out of these things.
