His son Evan, who has helped three of the four times, is what every parent would want their child to grow up to be. He's a very hard worker, very personable and professional. And I might add, very tall! I've also had the pleasure of meeting the mighty Carmen, one of John's employees, who was equally as kind and professional. It was nice to see the rapport between John and Carmen. My takeaway is that he treats his employees well, which is important to me when doing business. In addition to his moving services, John purchased jewelry and coins from me at a fair price. With the number of services Abbey Rose provides, John has a wealth of information which anyone would benefit from while moving or downsizing, or just looking to selling items in your home. I noticed on the first day my hardwood floors were being installed Brandon was just as meticulous as I was and he noticed ever fine detail and made sure it was perfect. Brandon's goal was to make us happy. He Is a very respectable man I felt comfortable having in my home. I had estimates with a couple other companies who tried to nickel and dime me or over charge my installation square footage just to make more money. Also I had a company ask me why in the world I would put hardwood floors in my home and not engineered floors. Brandon had no issues installing hardwood floors and gave us a VERY reasonable estimate and the charge was the charge no last minute up charges. Also every spec of Debris was cleaned up at the end of each day leaving no mess for me at all. Garbage was not even left at my residence Brandon hauled it all away.
