The original installation resulted in some water damage to the ceiling of the bathrooms. The crew did a great job installing, fixing them to vent outdoors, and repairing the ceiling. They were very professional, worked in a timely manner, and did great cleanup afterwards. We also had some of our vinyl siding quickly repaired. After 15 minutes they came back and said my 6 month old roof had severe hail damage, as well as gutters, down spouts, and windows. All of these are things they repair. They pressured me to let them call my insurance company and got irritated when I said I would call myself. They use their own "insurance adjuster". I had a professional spend 2 hours checking things and found some dented roof vents, gutters, and 12 shingles that had very minor damage on the edges, all cosmetic. The damage wasn't enough to ever cause a problem in the future. These guys are based out of Colorado and are "storm chasing" opportunist.
