Lowe's came out to install luxury…read morevinyl flooring and after tearing out all the carpet told me it couldn't be done because the floors were not level enough. They simply wouldn't and didn't want to level or sand down anything so I was left with no floors on site. I did not want carpet and already had all the flooring I wanted delivered. I was in search of a flooring company that would help and found great reviews for this business so I submit a message or email to their site. Within minutes at 10pm I am getting contacted by David Vaughan saying he would come out the next day to inspect the floors. After he came out and told me the other installers were simply lazy and didn't want to put in the work needed and they were able to squeeze me in last minute I was very relieved. They promised me that they would do the work until I was fully satisfied which they did. They came out 2 more times to address all of my concerns and kept their promise to satisfy their customer to the end. I would recommend going the this business over lowes or home depot budget installers that don't know what the heck they are doing. You get what you pay for and I'm fine paying a little more for a lot more satisfaction!

Came in to get a quote for carpet and laminate for our home…read more Mike was super helpful at picking out flooring and explaining everything to us and getting the appointment set up. Jodi came out a few days later and measured the flooring. Only took about half an hour and he was very professional and easy to work with and showed me the blueprint/ diagram before he left. Mike got our quote to us quickly and it was broken down pretty well. The negative is when we got our quote. It was double the price of a few other quotes we received. It was very steep for what we were getting. We decided to pass on continuing with ordering because it was double of some other quotes.

Finally decided to go ahead and put in vinyl plank on our main floor to replace our builder grade…read morecarpet and keep our ceramic tile. We shopped around and had a few estimates done. We noticed that Flooring America's estimate was higher than the competitors. After calling and talking with our sales lady she explained the estimate included underlayment to raise the height of the new floor to match to our existing tile. Since we plan on being in our house forever, this was such a great idea! She offered to take off the underlayment, which actually made their estimates less than the competitors. I was glad she took the time and patience to go over the estimate with me! We are so happy with our new floors. The process was very easy and we highly recommend them!

They were nice on the phone and ready to try to accommodate my expedited scheduling requirements. They committed to a time on a Saturday and were on time as they committed. A crew of three. The work was done quickly and below budget. They did good work too. Thanks to their crew for doing a great job! I would recommend these guys.
