They are honest and extremely reliable. They keep a schedule for when the filter and the salt cell should be cleaned. The email I receive after each service lists the tasks they have performed. I experienced other companies who checks all the tasks where few of them were performed especially when taking into consideration the service person was only around for five minutes! I was extremely lucky getting their flyer on my door. Rating Minko's Pool 5 stars is an understatement!
