just now NEW We gave a deposit for materials on January 7,2025. We were told once the deposit was received the materials for our pool enclosure would be ordered and an installation date would be set up. After 10 days we called and mail box was full. Could not leave a message. We understand that the owners wife had a health issue and went to the hospital. We were understanding. We called and finally got a hold of the owner and he said he hadn't been to the office after we were concerned that our check was not cashed. He finally cashed it on January 17,2025. We never received a date for installation and the materials were never ordered. We had our daughter and granddaughters b day coming up on March 19,2025 and nothing ordered. They knew we wanted everything done before March 2025. We requested our deposit back because no dates were set or the materials ordered. Once we wanted to cancel they said we can work you in the first week of March. We did not trust them and hired another company. They were Unreliable at this point. We were very patient! They didn't order the material and still would not give us our deposit back. We understand after the hurricanes they were backend up. No customer communication. They kept over $2600. Of our deposit, didn't give us a date to install, didn't order the materials and we had to call after 10 days of sending the deposit check He cashed our check and no materials or date set! I would not use this company unless you get a date set in writing. We were understanding about his wife's health issue but he was not towards us. They kept our deposit and we are looking into the legal process. We went through a lot with our roof , downed trees and pool enclosure destroyed from a pine tree. No sympathy our way! Avoid them if possible. We understand they have been in business for years but this is not right! We own 2 businesses and we work with our customers and community. read more

After discussing options to cover our patio with 4 different vendors offering different types of coverings, we decided to go with Westside Lanai in July. They were upfront about the delays in materials due to supply chain issues and once the materials arrived in November (around the expected time), the installation date was within a week. Zach and Evan did an excellent job. They did problem solving when they arrived and found the plans did not quite match up with the ideal installation (discussing and confirming with us along the way). They were professional and thorough, with the covering passing both inspections easily. When the rains came later and we found dripping spots, they were back out as soon as their schedule allowed to fix it (within 1-2 weeks). The payment terms were 1/3 deposit, 1/3 at the start, and 1/3 at completion. The pricing was most reasonable among the quotes we received and the two skylight panels were a great option to add! We had a great experience and will keep them at the top of our list for any future needs. read more

I bought a house in Gulfport 3 years ago. I called Westside Lanai to rescreen my pool enclosure. Justin looked at the job, gave me a price, and I gave him the job. He didn't show up, but 3 workers did and completed the job. After the first year, I noticed that all the spline was coming out. I started to replace them myself, and at this point have replaced most of the outside walls that I could reach. As of 3 months ago, the roof splines started to come out. I discovered that they didn't screen the individual squares but screened 5 at a time. I called Justin, he looked at it and said that's how they do it, and had no interest in fixing it. I called another company, they said it was against code. Well, I had it done right, at the cost of $1600.00 dollars. They were professional and bent over backwards to satisfy my special requests and time line. This is absolutely the company to call! From our first meeting to after the install everything was great.Justin, the owner came out and give us a great quote and solutions on how we could cover our very large deck that is 10 feet up.We ended up going with an insulated panel roof.We had other companies out and either the price was outrageous or they said it couldn't be done. Justin and his crew took several days to complete and were always cleaning up during and before they left for the day.
