We scheduled a session with Sarah, the owner, when our son was just a few weeks old. Of course, during the session, the baby wanted to eat again and our toddler wanted to run around. It was chaos but Sarah didn't flinch and got some beautiful photos. Our recent photo shoot was a family shoot on the beach. It was amazing! We got some great posed shots, but Sarah lives up to her calling as a photographer of life. She caputred the kids playing, enjoying the ocean and really stamped the moments in time. She is patient, loves working with kids and goes the extra mile to be sure the photos are amazing! Her rates are reasonable and her talent is amazing!

Very laid back and confidence-inspiring. She helped us visualize our wedding in a different way that was even really helpful for planning, and she walked us through different options for when and how to take photos with guests (receiving line, candid, a private space, etc.) and the schedule of the day from a photographer's perspective. She asked for a list of all the people we wanted formal shots with in advance and had a grip on who was who, to make sure she got everyone. She was very communicative and even checked in the week of the wedding to make sure nothing had changed in the schedule or guest list and walk through the logistics one last time. It all made it very easy the day of, and you can tell in our photos! We got a sneak peek of 5 photos just a few days later and they are incredible. Couldn't have asked for better! They are artistic and creative while not detracting from us as the couple and she got some very insightful shots of us. Thanks, Randi!

Randi forgot to take photos of our family members, she was not detail oriented and was not professional. It took six months to get our Thank You Cards. The quality of these were poor and the cards had to be re-printed four times. Randi did not listen and did not pay attention to how we wanted things. In addition, the expensive ($1,500) Wedding Book that we ordered was a mess. Randi did not spend any time putting the book together but wanted us to do the work ourselves. Most of the pictures were "redish" in color and did not go well together. We would not recommend Randi Baird to anyone and are highly disappointed with her work and way to work. DO NOT BOTHER with this "photographer"!

The shoot felt really rushed and Ivan never gave us any direction on how to pose to get better shots. I was hopeful that he was getting good photos without posing us and withheld judgement until we got the photos back from him. He sent me around 70 photos from the shoot, which were supposed to be the best shots after he had gone through and retouched them. The photos were all horrible, in more than a dozen my son was crying, several had one of the three of us looking away from the camera, and in a whole series of them my shirt was more than halfway unbuttoned, something Ivan never mentioned to me as he took us between locations to shoot, so none of those pictures he was taking at those locations along the beach would have been usable to begin with. and these were supposed to be the photos he hand selected and retouched! When I told Ivan that we were seriously displeased with the photos he told me he'd usually give a refund for a photoshoot that didn't work out, but not in our case because he thought that a lot of the photos were great.

We had 3 dogs and I was very pregnant, so we opted to just do beach pictures. It was my first time being professionally photographed and I was very nervous, but Gregg was amazingly friendly and personable which helped me to feel much more comfortable. My only complaint was that the pictures took a month longer than promised, but I would hire Gregg again in a heartbeat.

She had severe separation anxiety and was impossible to leave the room without her crying. With the help of Pup Scouts, my dog is now comfortable in her new environment, no longer needs to be caged when I'm not home, and no longer cries even when I leave for work. Truly impressed with the services in just a few short months of training.
