There were also tools and materials left lying around/on the side of my home for me to clean up/dispose of. Overall, my experience with Apex was highly disappointing. Get everything in writing and signed by both you and him prior to giving him your money. TRUST IS EARNED. Be careful.

He was going out of town so we set it up for the following Monday at 10 am. On Sunday I verified our appointment. On Monday at 10 am he didnt show so I texted him. He said he was running late but "on his way" . At 11 I reach out again and he seemed annoyed. Said to let him finish what he was doing (I thought he was on his way). Eventually I rescheduled it for the following day as it was clear I had wasted my morning. The next morning he was closer to the time, but about 30 min late. He did the repair and needed to come back after it dried. I had a doctors appt and we talked about a tentative time. I finished with the doctor and told him I'd be home at 2:45 he texted he was close by and would be there. I rushed home.. he showed up at 4:45. He said he thought I was someone else. The repair itself I would give a 8/10 as the texture doesn't match exactly but otherwise it looks good from 5' away. I'm happy with the repair. But I give 3 stars because of the hours of my time lost waiting . 3.5 might be more accurate but not a 4
