The buyers of our house have a very difficult realtor and he has done anything in his power to appease her, even going under what we had told him was our lowest price we were willing to go. When we complained to his boss, Kevin Miller, he talked with me and then told me he would get back to me and never did. It is frustrating when you have a realtor who only wants to make the buyers happy and is willing to sacrifice you and your family in order to do so. Stay away from Doug Nachtsheim, as he is truly a sleeze ball who only cares about collecting his commission and will not stand up for his clients.

Purchased a house through Travis Sabby from this RE/MAX Results location this past September…read more Travis was thorough and extremely thoughtful throughout the entire process, which was a prolonged one for us as we had been days away from closing on a house a the end of June when the title couldn't clear from the sellers; therefore, the sale was dead. We continued to look endlessly until we finally found the home we bought in August and closed in early September. Travis has excellent knowledge of the Real Estate in the area and a great deal of knowledge of what is a small problem or a large problem with a house. As first time home buyers, my husband and I really enjoyed working with Travis and RE/MAX. If/When the time comes again, I'm sure we will return.

He never even answered our certified mail to assist us with his own agent. Finally, after my wife was in tears, we went to another agency unrelated to Coldwell Banker Burnet. Eventually we paid $1,500 to Coldwell Banker Burnet to get out of the Coldwell Banker Burnet agreement. It was worth it. My suggestion is to find an agent that does not insist on an AGENCY contract which binds you to the agency and any flunky they want to assign you. Read the contract the agent puts in front of you. My mistake can be your gain.
