Our first time buying from them their lighting person was great, she had wonderful opinions and recommendations for us. The plumbing area we have had nothing but problems, and them blaming us or saying they do not stand behind warranties. We have returned the tub multiple times due to issues, and when we found our most recent issue on it, they said that since it was started to being installed then they can't take it back, even though it is a quality issue. I am very disappointed and need to find a new place for higher end plumbing needs
