Like other reviewers we have had Chris come to the house to set up my wife's new computure (about 2 yrs ago). Asked him back today to set up my wife's new HP printer. The set up has to be done online and a neophyte doesn't have much chance. Chris has always been here for us. We have complete faith is his abilitites. Never been disappointed in the least.
