I had a nasty computer problem going from a failed install of windows 10 back to windows 7. The return options offered in windows 10 safe mode would not work. This was coupled with a windows 7 problem which made it impossible to get Windows Updates. Tech Operative managed to solve both problems and get my computer running again. I started my business as a hobby in Seattle while I was doing mobile application development for AT&T. Then in 2014 I moved back to the Flathead Valley & started doing it full time.

We both thought my hard drive and computer were "dead!" However, in less than twenty-four hours, Adam, who told me that he had never seen a hard drive with as much damage as mine, still was able to repair the damage, and then "clone" my hard drive onto a new computer. Voila! As I said, in less than twenty-four hours, I was up and running again, with ALL of my applications and data intact. It was miraculous. I can't say that this will always be the case with NTS, but I can assure you, they will do everything they can to fix whatever problem your computer may be having. Their prices are very fair, and for me personally, who is totally computer dependent, it was "life-saving," and worth whatever I had to pay.

We attempted to follow Apple's instructions for clearing data but seemed to have made an error somewhere. My "new" iMac wouldn't work! After spending hours trying to triage the situation myself (searching the internet and speaking with AppleSupport on the phone), I made an appointment with Allied Computing for the following day. At my appointment, I gave a brief description of my computer's issue. The technician seemed incredibly confident and competent and put my worries at ease. I left feeling hopeful that my tech trauma would soon end. The following day I received a call from Allied Computing informing me that my computer had gone through extra diagnostics tests, and was working well! They fixed the bugs in the hard drive, downloaded the latest Operating System AND set up a user account on my behalf. I'm extremely pleased with the service as they truly are professionals. While I truly hope I don't have any future tech issues, I feel much more secure knowing I can reach out to AC next time!

This is the second time I've been satisfied with Tech Operative's service. My computer was hacked, and they restored my mac book to outstanding condition. They always repair my computer in a timely manner, and I usually have it back by the next business day. If you need computer repair help, call Tech Operative. They are the most helpful computer service business I have been able to find in the Flathead Valley along with being reasonably priced. I have been the victim of being charged ridiculous prices in the past for computer repair, so rest assured they give you a good value for the service needed. read more

I call this guy once a week even when I'm back in Canada. I went to him a couple years ago to get my Mac fixed now they do the marketing for two of my family's restaurants in Calgary. They do a really great job and for half the price of any other quotes we got. We spend summers in Whitefish and it's nice to know our computer guy is close by. Thanks for taking all 30+ of my calls.
