We asked Rob to excavate the hard-compacted dirt and rock, sift out what stone he could for re-use, to haul away more than half the dirt and move the rest to our back yard. He had to put in an extra long day to get it all done for our delivery of stone the next day, but he got it done! Rob is earnest and a kind person to work with. He seems like he just wants you to be happy with the work he's done and regularly checks in to make sure you're happy with how it's going. We'd gladly work with him again for excavation or any time we needed an extra pair of extra-strong hands.

I'm getting long winded here but the bottom line is, he does outstanding Meticulous work. He was there faithfully every day and did it all by himself. Bottom line ! HE'S HONEST HARD WORKING DEDICATED and VERY REASONABLE! I know by singing his praises I might have to wait in line to get him back for any further remediation. I have a lot of respect for the way he handled fixing this and I will continue to use RyCoe for future projects. I am extremely satisfied with the end result.. my landscaping looks beautiful. Extremely disappointed in my services from Rycoe. I reached out to them about landscaping and Ryan came out to take a look at what needed to be done so he could give us a quote. I was very specific about what I needed done and it was listed in a breakdown on the invoice perfectly. It took a while for the guys to come out, but I waited patiently anticipating the final product. The end result came out great until weeds started popping up everywhere. My husband kicked the mulch and we both realized landscape paper was never placed under the mulch like it was talked about AND I PAID FOR. I reached out to Ryan in hopes this would get fixed, and he did respond to me stating that he would look into it and get back to me. It has been 8 months with no communication at all.
