When we reviewed the estimate from the insurance company together, they had plans to maximize what we were getting and provided options to help reduce my out-of-pocket expenses. We went with their roofing company and they waive their 10% adjuster fee and I'm very glad I did. Their roofing team was very professional and took their time to do the work correctly even with venting changes I made. The material used was top of the line and they worked with me until I was completely satisfied before they left. They even came back (after they were paid) and replaced the roof vents that I wasn't happy with in a week. She approached me while working on my yard in 2021 and inquired about damage from a recent storm. She worked closely with the adjuster from my insurance, and they advised me that at the time, there was not significant enough damage to recommend filing a claim. Fast forward a year, and Tracy reached out to me after our neighborhood had experienced hail storms. They went through the same process, recommended filing a claim this time, and it was immediately approved. I then met with David who explained the plan they put together thoroughly, patiently answered all of our questions, and had the work scheduled for 2 days later. David was immediately responsive whenever I reached out with questions or requests. Their team (and process) is a well oiled machine... I went to work with my old roof on, came home ten hours later to a brand new one, job complete, with no damage, no trouble, and everything cleaned up thoroughly. I was skeptical at the start, and at times throughout the process, as it seemed a bit too good to be true. I was expecting a catch somewhere along the way, but after reading many reviews, and feeling very comfortable working with Tracy, I decided to move forward with the process. He said he was "at the dentist and would call me when he was done." He never called. I emailed him Tuesday morning and advised if I did not hear from him I would get another company. He called me Tuesday afternoon and said he "was in Mexico." He has family issues and won't be working the rest of the year. He said it was okay if I went with another company. So I did. I was shocked that Matrix works this way. No referrals from me. Quite disappointed.

They lack customer service, are rude and offer no form of apology or accommodation​s when errors are made. I had guests coming from out of town and my sheets were not changed as clearly requested. When I brought this to the owner's attention, she did not offer to come back and address, nor did she offer a discount. I let this go and continued to use the service. When there were times I was asked to change my scheduled service times, again there was​ no accommodation​ offered. The last straw was when I switched payment from check to electronic. I indicated I would pay via cash app or zelle, to which there were no objections. AFTER I made payment, I was told they did not accept the cash app. They made no attempts to even try to download the payment. I had to cancel the payment and reissue via zelle. It took time to cancel and obtain a refund (5-7 days). Kathy and Barbara pestered me for this payment as if I were a new customer or something. At this point, I not only had paid them the day of service for over a year but also included tips. However, I was treated rudely and hounded over this payment as if I was trying to get over and didn't have a proven record and relationship. When I cancelled future service, they still made absolutely no attempts to maintain my business or apologize. Stay away, far away and Ewa I strongly recommend you find a new employer because if they treat customers this way, I can only imagine how they treat you. There are far too many other providers available to use them. Respect is very important and I felt repeatedly disrespected. ​
