Truly exceptional, above and beyond: excellent communication, workmanship, and timeliness. A…read moretotally different dynamic than the typical contractor experience. Derrick helped me navigate a very challenging situation to rebuild the entire back wall of my home and attached deck due to water damage. Scope: New insulation, plywood sheathing, composite siding, soffit, and fascia for back wall. Replaced rim joist, headers, and other structural wood as needed from water damage. Re-installed windows and sliding glass door incorrectly installed by previous contractor. Rebuilt pressure treated wood deck with improved layout. Derrick's attention to detail and pride in his work translated to a solution that addressed all of my goals and helped me understand mistakes made by previous contractors. He spent hours reviewing options and brainstorming with me as more damage was uncovered and the scope had to expand as we went. Overall, could not be happier with my experience and would highly recommend.

I needed a contractor that will get the job done right and Im so glad that I hired Pulse. Derrick came out and measured the deck in minutes, provided samples and suggestions. I knew composite was the way to go so I don't have to worry about maintenance. Within an hour we had a plan. I had a hard time narrowing down colors but helped by offering his suggestions. The colors I picked were some newer options Trex released and Derrick said he was excited to see how it turns out. Derrick and Luke came out and when I watched them work I was highly impressed. They worked like machines; measuring and communicating like a good team should. Luke is clearly a highly skilled carpenter. I had an idea for angled steps and even though it's a bit complicated he took on the project and built some really cool stairs that make my deck unique. Their attention to detail really showed and they kept me informed of their progress through an app with daily updates in what was complete. Communication was top notch and thats important to me. Pulse wasn't the cheapest company, but the value was great. You get what you pay for and Im glad that I finally have a beautiful deck to enjoy. I only wish the rest of my house was as nice as it puts the rest of it to shame. If you're looking for a job done right call Pulse.

Here's how they stood out: They had excellent communication. From Angelo's estimate all the way to passing inspection, they were on top of their game. The estimate had every combination of options listed with exactly what they were going to do and photos of the planned work. We were assigned a field supervisor (Justin, I believe?) who would come out on the same day to inspect any issues we brought up. Our contact with the office via Cindy and Anthony was also superb and always timely. The work was done swiftly and well. The roofers were done before I got back from work. Siding and gutters are more involved, but they did excellent there as well and Roman et al. were excellent to work with, took feedback very well (see communication above), and were very hard and efficient workers. All in all, we were done with our project long before other houses in the same subdivision who had all signed up with doorknocker companies, and they delivered a high level of quality. To be clear, their estimate was slightly higher (my gut says 10% higher, but it's been a while since I reviewed the proposals) than some other offers we received, but for the work that we were doing, level of customization, and communication, we wouldn't make a different choice. Absolutely a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Siding and Windows Group!

I'm usually not one to spend time getting a bunch of quotes and just rely on Yelp reviews to make a purchasing decision, but this was pricey enough purchase that i figured I should do my due diligence.' Siding & Windows Group was one of the 4 companies I had come out for a quote. We ended up with them for a few reasons: - Their quote was competitive - They were able to spray paint the interior trim with our existing paint color - They were able to match the exterior trim as closely as possible to our windows outside - Anthony at Siding & Windows Group was very responsive We placed the order on August 22nd, which is my bday. I can't say new doors was what i wanted for my bday, but i guess this is being a homeowner in your 40s. The new doors weren't installed until November 6th and we just hoped for no big storms and got lucky. Anthony checked in a few times on when they'd be installed and pushed it back a few days due to other projects. The actual installation took about a day, which wasn't too bad. A week later they came to spray paint, which honestly seemed like a much bigger project than installing the doors. That took 2 days and went smoothly, although there was a little confusion about them not knowing what color to paint, etc. It turned out beautifully and while the doors look very similar to our old doors I like the look of these even better. The exterior finish isn't a perfect match, but i think a big part of that is our old paint on our windows as faded. One day we'll touch it all up, but for now we're looking forward to a break in paying for anything for the house. I learned there are a lot of companies in the area for new windows/doors, but we were satisfied with this one and would use them again.

I reached out to Sergio at JP Exteriors on 6/17/26 after a severe storm caused damage to our roof…read more I initially chose this company because they had tremendous reviews on Google and Yelp, and early on, communication was open. Sergio requested the primary insured's name, explained the process, and I sent over our insurance company's summary of dwellings coverage on 6/30/26 following the adjuster's inspection. After following up a few times with both Sergio and my adjuster to see if they had connected, Sergio informed me on 7/14/26 that they had spoken and he forwarded a document to me. However, it turned out to be the exact same paperwork I had already sent him two weeks prior. When I pointed out the duplicate, communication completely stopped. Hoping to clear up the confusion, I called him. He texted back saying he couldn't talk at the moment--which is completely understandable--so I asked him to call me when he had a chance. That is when the customer service took a sharp turn. He responded via text with: "Understand but I am also taking care of more customers." I replied, "Understood, when u have 4 min." That text was sent on 7/15/26. After days of total silence, I decided to make one final effort to resolve this. On July 20, 2026, I called and left Sergio a message asking for a call back by 5:00 PM. I wanted to make one last attempt to fix the situation because I know leaving a permanent, scathing review online is a bridge-burning move that eliminates any chance of a company making things right. Unfortunately, he never returned the call. As a customer with an actively damaged roof exposed to the elements, I was incredibly taken aback by being told other clients were a higher priority, and even more disappointed by the total lack of response to a final deadline. Because of this complete lack of organization, reliability, and basic professionalism, I have lost all trust. I have since contacted my insurance adjuster to revoke JP Exteriors' access to my claim, and I am taking my business to a roofing company that actually values its clients. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you expect basic respect and timely communication. I reached out to Sergio at JP Exteriors on 6/17/26 after a severe storm caused damage to our roof. Avoid at all costs…read more We paid TAR $16,000 for a full replacement of our flat roof and within a week were getting stains on our ceiling during rain when we had never had leaking before. We gave them 7 opportunities over the course of an entire year to come out and fix the issue and each time their "fix" made the leaks worse. They gaslighted us consistently saying the roof wasn't the problem and had us chasing down other issues like tuckpointing, plumbing, sliding door replacements etc and nothing helped. The damage eventually got so bad that we needed a restoration company to come open up the ceiling in 3 rooms. We finally hired a second company to do another full replacement and haven't had a single issue since then. TAR refused to take any accountability or refund us any money. All told we are out over $40,000 thanks to TAR.
