He talked a good game and convinced me to use him instead. During the conversation, he mentioned he would remove both doors to ensure they blend and would take approx 2 days for the job. I agreed as that was on par with what I knew the job to consists of. Tony did not remove the door and instead was done with my car in 2 hours and told me to pick it up. It was dark by the time so I refused so I could see it in daylight and said I would get it the next day. Tony insisted and even said he'd drop it off. I again refused. After I picked it up the first time, there was a difference in color but I was told to told to give it a few days to settle and if any issues, he would fix free of charge. This is written. I then later contacted Tony and told him the doors were 2 completely different colors, he said he would fix it and it was due to "cold weather" so I brought it back in. This time, I asked if he was sure it would match this time? He reassured me. Tony was again done in about 2 hours and left before I could see my car so when I arrived to pick up my car, you could tell it was rushed. The door still a different color but there was now scratches in the "new paint" and spray paint in 4 different areas of my trim and tire. I called Tony then and there before leaving, took pics and told him about the issues. He claimed he had already left and to bring the car back another time. I reached back out and sent the pics letting him know I would be contacting him about the issues. After this date, I made multiple attempts to bring my car back to Tony and each time got an excuse. I left work early, moved meetings around, rescheduled things etc each time he gave me a new date and time and nothing. After about 3 weeks of the run around, I asked for an exact time and we agreed. I texted him an hour before when I'd be there and also when I arrived. He then contacts me again with another excuse and I tried to be understanding and asked what should I do as I was willing to wait after once again, leaving work early. He said I would need to come tomorrow, I could not as I had already left work early today and let him know that. I then asked for just a partial refund, not even a full refund because it has been nearly 2 months and the issue still wasn't resolved, nor could I keep accommodating. He also didn't want to do that. This is not a dependable business, and I highly recommend against using them or anyone who may operate within that storage unit/facility.

    I have no doubt this business, Ryan Automotive, has done good work on people's vehicles in the…read morepast. Judging from the reviews, most people seem satisfied with services rendered. However, in my opinion, from the standpoint of someone garnering quotes for a future mirror replacement, the receptionist or customer service associate who answered the phone did not have a good enough concept of (potential) customer relations. After a truly harrowing, somewhat traumatizing freeway experience, I thought the person answering the phone would at least have some kind of empathy or even just a professional, friendly tone. My initial request to speak to a mechanic or service advisor was ignored. Anyways, I volunteered info about the make, model, year and color of the car, but she only seemed interested in the VIN number, which I provided. Any other place asks for all of this info. She actually said I read the VIN number too fast at the end of my reading of it, which makes no sense as I never read numbers that fast out of courtesy. I even took the extra step of making sure she got the letters correctly, but, again, she did not appreciate that. Instead, she rather unprofessionally and abruptly ended the entire call. I've never had this kind of low vibration, low intelligence customer service from any auto-related business. So, I called back and left a message thinking perhaps the owner would contact me either the same day or the next, to no avail. Every other business I have contacted, from dealerships to independent repair and body shops, have had much more impressive and professional communications.

They…read morewill only charge you for what you need and never tries to nickel and dime you for extra work. They even fixed a dent on my bumper for free when I came in for other unrelated repair work. Definitely stop in if you're in the area and talk to the front desk about any work you need done on your car.
