They called and procured the required part in a timely manner, finished the replacement in a slightly longer time than committed which was not too long to be bothered about so its fine. This was the easiest repair scenario I have ever experienced. They set up an appointment for me to bring my car in on a Wednesday and it was ready to pick up on the following Monday. The staff a was friendly and Raul took special care in looking over the needed repairs with me. When I went to pick up my car, not only did the area of the crash look pristine, he had touched up paint or buffed out scratches on areas not part of the quote and scope of work. Worked with my insurance to bring my car there and as soon as I walked in, they greeted me and had everything ready to go. They are very professional and organized. They did an amazing job on the repair even going above and beyond making a couple extra touchups elsewhere on the car off record. The car was also done in a few days time. I turned my car in Tuesday and it was ready by Friday. They were incredibly nice and professional. I was able to leave my rental car there as well. They did a great Jon on my rear bumper damage. It's looks amazing. My tire sensor light has been on in my car since I got it due to it missing, they turned it off for me and also checked why my check engine light was on.
