I have been coming here regularly since 2015. Everyone here are great people. Busy days may be a 1 hour wait. I try to come on off days and times, which is either a walk in and get a cut or a short wait. Sometimes I'll just call and ask them how busy they are on a particular day. I have a mullet, I went in and asked them to clean off the top and the sides and do NOT cut the back. Started off good at the beginning, cleaned up the sides with no issue, we talked about how much I wanted off the top which was a good 3-4 inches. She must have taken that as "let me cut everything on his head 3-4 inches". Didn't even say a word to me as she chopped my whole mullet off, before I could even say stop she chopped off half of the back of the mullet, hair grows back so I'll get over it, but the lack of communication with the client, and doing exactly what I said not to do, is why I'll take my business elsewhere read more

The ratio to how good the cuts are to dollar amount is absolutely ridiculously amazing. Came in with full of hopes, 5-star reviews, right?! Arrived sometime in the morning, no other customers but myself. I asked Pedro for a fade...zero on the side and half on top...high and tight. While it looked fine when he showed me the final outcome, I went home to find out that half side of the top was left untouched. Uneven hairs on both sides, doesnt even look like it was zero nor it was faded. Right from the get go, I had a feeling I was going to be disappointed. For $10, the mediocre cut Pedro provides for 10 year old kids and 70 year old customers are just fine. Pedro seems like a nice guy, but he lacks skills. Look at my other shop reviews, I dont give 5-stars just because we belong in the same neighborhood. Definitely not going back to this shop. Should have went to Supercuts instead...(yes, being compared to Supercuts is REALLY bad) read more

I have been coming here for almost 7 yrs. My only is issue with this place (beside the lack of barbers working here anymore, so many have come and gone) is sometimes not knowing when the barbers will show up or there crazy late. They switch days here and there. Pedro knows the guy I wait for and one time I waited 1 and a half hours before he told me my guy wasn't going to be in. W...T...F! And Pedro....get a better system for checking people in! The pad of paper aint working no more! While i still sign in, all these other people that have been coming for years don't even sign in anymore. I guess they feel bigger than that. So when's its time to check the "list" everyone is looking at each other with confusion on who's next. It might be only $12, but I won't mind paying $20 for another place that is a little more up with organization and maybe a better cut too. I can't complain about my barber when my hairs done though. He takes care of me with thw razor fade. So for the price, he does a good job. read more

I am so glad I stumbled on to this place! I am traveling through and really needed a (good) haircut. I'm not sure how I found this spot....Google Maps, I think. Anyway, it's tucked back in a strip mall sort of place, which is both good and bad---good, because it keeps the lines short....but bad, because I'd imagine they'd be out the door of the shop was up front and visible. I walked in and put my name on the list....it must've been haircut day for the kids around here because it was packed with little dudes getting fades and mohawks. And they were decent fades, given the wriggling little guys in the chair. My turn.....easy peasy.....high and tight buzz but I'm picky about the fade. No problemo for my lady doing the work. She was all smiles and took the time to make sure there were no crazy loners standing up---can't be having any long patches!! After she got done, told me the bill was $10. Wait....what???? Oh HELL yes! I'll spend that all day everyday for this type of work. Do yourself a favour----if you're around this spot, take a few minutes to find it, if you need a haircut. read more

I am @$#%! Disappointed and pissed w/ this shop !....I've been coming here for many years and I always wait and get my hair cut by Pedro cause I've always ended up pissed when I try the other barbers. This morning I went to get a haircut and seen a couple people waiting and 2 people getting haircuts by the normal non-greeting employees that normally work there. So I look in Pedro's area and see his station draws are open & figured he was there, I then asked the lady w/glasses, bright red lipstick and curly burnt color Orange brown hair in the last station on left if Perdo was here working today( cause I didn't see him)...and she replied with a short rude answer of yes ! (Like I was @#$% bugging her w/the question) Then I decided to put my name on the paper tablet & sit and wait and figured he maybe was in the back bathroom or doing something. After about 20min and not seeing him I asked the lady again..."Is Pedro here today or he's not here"?...she replied " no he's not here"...I replied " Is he coming in today or what time will he be here"? ...she then replied " I don't know maybe 20min or more I'm not sure". NOW I'M PISSED AFTER SHE NEW I WAS WAITING FOR HIM!....so I replied " thank you for telling me he wasn't here and you know I was waiting for him"! ...she looked at me w/a sarcastic look and reply of " your welcome " .....SO MY BUSINESS WENT TO CALI CUTS THE BLOCK OVER AND I WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !...These workers reflect the shop and the reviews ...Pedro is polite, and by far is the best barber in that place but his employee's attitudes suck !!! Called first. They said $12 for haircut. I showed up and see $10 sign. Charged me $12 for $10 haircut. Uneven sideburns. Didn't give what I wanted. Didn't even do a final comb/styling. This place had the worst barber ever, she was very ruff when she was cutting my hair, left my hair on the back possible slightly larger than the rest of my hair, and she does not understand what a regular haircut is when I just give her a number. I told her to cut my beard but it she had no idea how to do it. I had to then shave the beard myself. I would never recommend this place for anyone, I was angry. read more
