After waiting months for my patio to be replaced, I'm told a day after they were to start the job that they aren't going to do the job. Mr. Kuppinger says he doesn't like my "tone" after I lost my patience. My patio should have been done in June. Now it's too late to get my patio replaced and it'll have to wait until next year! They never called us back and now years later they say they have a solution, but still aren't giving us any information or standing behind their work. It is very disappointing to see that a large company doesn't stand behind their name or support their customers. I think it is very important to get this out to people looking to have work done because the investment you put into your home is very important and I would want to know the contractor I choose cares about not only my business, but also the work they do and wants their customer to be happy.
