A salesman came over who didn't do the actual work and gave me a very hefty quote. A friend recommended Rainbow as he used them and said they did a very good job at a fair price. I called but was skeptical. The owner Mike personally showed up to my house and diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done and showed me photos of jobs he did with the same problem. He then quoted me half of what the first company did and did the job a couple of weeks later. Mike showed up with his workers the day of the job and explained everything to me as they did the job. They seemed very knowledgeable and obviously have been doing this work for many years. The job was very clean, no corners were cut, and they seemed to enjoy the back breaking work. I hope I never need them again but if I do I would not hesitate to call or recommend them. What was refreshing also was that Mike seemed like a very honest person and his pricing was very good while at the same time not cutting any corners.

Just had a service call to make sure everything is running smoothly incase we need the pumps again and the service man (John) found everything to be in great. Highly recommend ACM. For many years we struggled with humidity in my finished basement. Even running and emptying a…read moredehumidifier daily didn't solve the issue. We eventually ended up with mold in my crawl space. We received several estimates to seal the crawl space and install a dehumidifier. Though the estimates were similar. The explanations of those estimates were not. Healthy Basement Systems explained everything and answered every question we had . Talking to them gave us the peace of mind we needed to solve the mold and humidity issue. Their installers ( Jorge and Fernando) did a phenomenal job . They completely cleaned out the crawlspace, removed all the mold with a sand blaster and installed a water tight membrane that leaves my crawlspace looking brand new. They also installed a large dehumidifier that automatically drains outside my house to ensure humidity will no longer be an issue. They left my basement cleaner than they found it. 10/10 my wife and I are extremely happy with how the job turned out . I would highly recommend them .

Holy !! I had Complete Basement Systems come in and put a French drain and sump pump system in my…read morebasement after I experienced a flood after moving in to my house only 9 days prior. Work was performed clean. The workers were very nice and the system is still going strong and haven't had any issues 8 YEARS LATER. Pump probably runs every time it rains heavy now which only makes me smile. One time investment and a lifetime of peace of mind. Trust me don't deal with the water and leaks and mold just get it done. The price was reasonable for the amount of work that was performed. So glad I put that system in.
