Came to my…read morehouse to provide an estimate free of charge, looked at the house, the backyard, took a few measurements and asked what my husband's and I's hopes were for our new patio. While my husband and I were more than open to suggestions, Frank nailed exactly what we had envisioned from the start. He provided us with materials to review together and we just ended up loving what he had suggested. I felt a sense of security and comfort after meeting him - I am so glad we moved forward using Blue Diamond! Frank wrote up our contract, mailed it for signature and was flexible about starting as we had to demo the deck we had which was no easy task but we knew we could do that ourselves until we got to the removal of the posts which were filled in with concrete! I called Frank in a panic on a Sunday night and he responded with "No problem! We can take care of that for you! Don't worry, Andrea!" Showed up the next day with his partner, Chris and they whipped through that post removal - 1,2,3! It was impressive. The job took a week or so. Frank & Chris were meticulous with everything they did from setting the new stairs, to veneering them, creating a level surface for the pavers and finally right down to placing each paver ever so perfectly! I had the utmost trust in both of them and I can't say enough about their work ethic. They were so kind on top of all of it. Even after a tiring day of back breaking work - they still had a smile on their faces when I would go check in. Sign of two people who genuinely just love what they do!!!
