I called JC Hauling this morning after I woke up and decided that TODAY was the day for me to pull up the artificial grass in my patio area. I ended up speaking to Jesse who asked me to text him a picture of what I wanted to be picked up. My initial call to him was at 10:45am. An afternoon of "tidying up the garage" quickly morphed into a giant purge of 30 years worth of junk. Realizing I needed help on short notice, I consulted yelp and found JC Junk Hauling. He was able to come the same day, he just needed an address and photos of the junk. The photos didn't do the pile justice and he was still able to fit it all in his trailer. I was impressed at how quickly he was able to load it up, especially by himself. It cost $600 but it was money well-spent. Our junk included a full size mattress and box spring, a twin size mattress and box spring, an upright dresser, an old and very heavy wooden desk, a toy air hockey table, old desk chair, old electronics and vacuums, and several boxes of old clothes and other junk. On the day of the pickup they were running a bit behind, but they let me know ahead of time they would be a couple minutes late.
