The guy that answered the phone was all business --took my info, quoted a price, fit me in the schedule, and confirmed via text after the call. I was very happy! I've never used a shuttle service before and was traveling with my kids, so I was nervous. I also got a confirmation text the next morning, which put me at ease. The driver showed up on time, and was very nice! We chatted the whole way to the airport, I felt very comfortable, and we got there right on time. A good way to start my trip! I would not hesitate to use them again if I need another shuttle sometime.

I booked a ride for a specific time, and the driver did not show up. When I called the number given to me, after waiting quite some time, I was told the driver was on their way. The driver was more than 15 minutes late after I called. The car was filled with trash. That driver said I was supposed to have another driver, but that person overslept and could not pick me up. As a result, I was late getting to the airport and missed my flight -- I had to book another flight that cost me a lot of money! Paying was shady, too, because you had to give out your card number by phone and not thru a machine. I do not recommend using this service.

They were on time and waiting outside without me having to call and confirm. The driver was very nice and professional. Will certainly use them again next time I'm in Columbia.
