I had hoped for reviews on Yelp, but... NOW they have one for future shoppers! The plumber arrived within a few days of my call. He determined that the faucet could not be repaired. He explained exactly what I should look for in terms of a replacement. We bought a new faucet and I called again for an installation appointment. Within a few days, the original plumber returned. The new faucet was quickly installed! The contact at OBrist's office kept me regularly informed about the appointment timing and the plumber practiced safety protocols (masked at all times) when in our home.
