She knew the menu well and recommended the Octopus and the Lamb with a bottle of wonderful Amarone wine. Erika was not rushed and was professionally efficient.   I have to say that Cory knows you eat with your eyes first, smell second and taste last. The Octopus dish was stunning in its presentation with immaculate detail to all the delicious bits on the plate. Wow. So good.
