This is the newest D Spot location. They soft-opened on 2025-07-25 and grand-opened on 2025-08-16. I went on grand-opening day around 16:30. D Spot Cafes have three different concepts: dessert only, mid concept, and full concept. This location serves the full menu, meaning there are a lot more savoury items, like burgers, hotdogs, pizzas, sandwiches, and poutines. Aside from their regular big menu, they have a Kid's menu and a Breakfast menu. The staff were very attentive. When they saw that my milkshake was dripping and I was trying to clean it up with napkins, they brought more. During their grand-opening day, they advertised that they have buy-one-get-one free. The first thing they told me was they only applied when you buy two identical items. I thought that wasn't normal. And what was i going to do considering i'm there by myself. I got an exemption with essentially paying for the higher-priced item, and getting the cheaper-priced item free; this is the normal BOGO. After I chose my 2 items carefully, they checked and found out it only applied mojito, cake slices, croffles, and poutine categories; and the BOGO items must come from the same category! This was way too limiting and not advertised! But they also have 50% off all burgers and milkshakes; so i decided to go with this (eg, I only had to get one burger, and not two). I ordered the following: 1. Chilled Hot Chocolate Milkshake ($10.99). 2. Kid In Me Milkshake ($11.99). 3. Hawaiian Burger ($18.99). This is served with French Fries. I love Hot Chocolate so, of course, I loved the Milkshake version of it! The Kid In Me Milkshake was a sight to behold! The whipped cream with sprinkles was surrounded by multi coloured cotton candy! The milkshake used birthday cake ice cream. The star was the Hawaiian Burger! It was massive! It had beef patty, onion rings, beef bacon, grilled pineapple, jalapeños, arugula, gravy, and cheddar cheese. And the whole thing was only 700 calories! And the French Fries were crispy. They have lunch specials starting at $10, everyday, 11:00 to 16:00. They offer a Kunafa Milk Cake Cup Explosion ($16.99). Sounds interesting. I have to try that next time! There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, but there is no door-open button. There are four gender-neutral washrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible. There is free parking in the mall's parking lot. There are four high chairs for little children. Review 2025-186

If you like cute little restaurants, have a sweet tooth, love gelato or have any dairy free friends this is the place for you. When you approach the restaurant you will notice all of the beautiful lights and you might think, "Wow! I want to check that out!" Then to my surprise, this amazing place I wanted to see was exactly where we were going. The ambiance is really cute and just like its out of a movie. The patio is great during the warm months and the interior is so cute with so much to look at to stimulate your sight. Inside the service is fantastic and they have a bunch of dairy free gelato flavours including a few dairy free chocolates. I ordered a small fairy free chocolate gelato with a dairy free chocolate mint chocolate on top. This was one of the best gelatos I have had all summer. My boyfriend ordered a whit chocolate raspberry gelato with a white chocolate on top (his wasn't dairy free) but it was heavenly. This is such a cute dessert shop, I highly recommend you make it a stop going to or heading back from the Niagara region.
