Today I needed a breakdown tow (just 2 miles) but the Massey lady said they were "swamped" with no local drivers available right then and it would be "a couple of hours" so I called another Douglasville company. Their driver showed up, was condescending, and used some language I won't repeat. Just plain rude and pushy. I told him to go away and I called Massey back, and told them I would wait at the location with my car. Massey showed up in five minutes. (no exaggeration). He was exceptional. A young guy. He was very cautious hooking to the car. Money was not a big concern in this but Massey was still less than the bad company. I made sure the Massey driver knew I was grateful.

I was left waiting outside at night for more than three hours for a tow truck that never showed up. Throughout the entire ordeal, I was repeatedly given different ETAs and told someone was on the way. I continued waiting because I was relying on the information they gave me. Hours passed, and there was still no truck. As a woman stranded at night, I found the entire situation incredibly unsettling. There was no urgency, no meaningful follow-up, and absolutely no follow-through. Then, after keeping me waiting for hours, the service was ultimately canceled around 11 PM. This was handled terribly from beginning to end. If ABC Towing couldn't fulfill the request, they should have communicated that instead of repeatedly giving inaccurate arrival times and leaving someone stranded. Completely unacceptable service. I would not recommend this company.

The only place you know or see what their business hours are is once you are inside their building. We came at 5:20 on a Friday 11/14/2025, there were several people standing outside (including the owner) they were very cold almost looked "racist" with their body language and basically said we are closed, this is all an attempt charge you for another 24 hours. Not once the entire time during the day when we called did they mention you need to be here before 5:00 (Mon-Friday) they told us everything but that detail. The next day we went back Saturday, they were supposed to open at 12:00, nobody was there, we had to call and the same guy who was there the night prior says we will be there in about 15 minutes (unprofessional) so the only place they a "bootleg" sign posting their business hours is a typed up paper taped near their window "inside" s you can't see it or won't know this unless you are inside because they strategically do not post it on their website or mention it when you call so they can charge you another $25. This racist guy could have easily allowed us to get the car Friday evening because he was standing outside talking to the other racist folks when we pulled up, they gave us a look and "you just know that vibe".
