I appreciated her consultative assistance in helping me choose the right brand and VLT for my needs. The process only took about an hour. It's now day four, and I see tiny dots (air bubbles?), a lot of streaking and hazy/cloudy-looking windows. I've never had my windows tinted before so I'm hoping that this is part of the curing process because it looks a bit dirty. That being said, I must comment on how things were done. The person/people who performed the service did not cover my doors, and the solution that was sprayed created a sloppy mess of white spots on the fabric and residual drip stains on the interior of both front doors. I'm certain that this is NOT standard practice. I haven't yet rolled my windows down and now I'm a bit nervous. Hopefully the solution didn't drain inside my windows. I traveled a long distance to this merchant solely because my family recommended it. Now I'm disappointed over something that was completely avoidable. Here's hoping it's promptly alleviated. I needed both front door speakers replaced in my old 2004 Toyota Sienna handicapped converted…read moreminivan before donating it to another family. Ordinarily I would have done this myself in the past but I didn't have time or the inclination. I found Aegis via Yelp, and super glad I did. The owner was there, answered my questions and gave me a very good price on a pair of JBL 6 x 9 speakers that would fit and included installation would take about an hour. Sold!! The owner has over 25 years of car stereo installation business with his family in prior locations in Long Beach and Garden Grove and that was evident watching him work. He knew exactly the sequence to disassemble the door panels, removing screws and attachments quickly, then with the door panel off, he removed the old speakers from their spacer mounts and replaced them with the new JBL 3 way Stage 1 962M speakers. They were a perfect fit! Cutting and adapting the wiring was a cinch, and after 30 minutes he had the passenger side done. Rinse and repeat with the driver's side and everything was buttoned up in an hour as promised The Sienna's JBL 10 speaker stereo system has never sounded better even when new to us. I had already refoamed the rear 8" JBL OEM subwoofer and together there was plenty of clean, clear audio output with solid bass from front and rear speakers. Excellent work, professionally done, at a very agreeable price considering his and my time. Highly recommended for honest service, quality products, and professional installation. He's definitely going to be in my car audio referral list for my other cars and anyone who needs help in La Habra and surrounding communities. While the shop looks small from the outside, it has room for 2-3 cars in a very spacious inside garage work area complete with tools and supplies. The arcade game is a plus in the waiting room! First, Scott was amazing, he was honest, extremely knowledgeable, a problem solver and kind. Secondly, his shop was clean and the arcade was a sweet touch. Lastly, it's been 8 months later and my Car Play still functions properly. As soon as I start my engine, I'm connected. I don't ever feel like I'm riding in a 13 year old car. Thank you Scott!
