She spent many hours working with our family on this significant purchase. When there was a special sale on bed linens Lori travelled to 3 different showrooms looking for our desired sheet sets as she didn't want us to miss out on finding exactly what we wanted. When we purchased a second Hastens bed Lori worked to find the best shipping options and handled coordinating all logistics for a cross-country delivery. They brought another chair that also squeaked, and the delivery people were unable to take the other armchair because they were unable to remove the metal ring from the bottom. The coffee table came damaged. Had to be returned. The second try, the coffee table came in good shape. Thank goodness. Then another swivel armchair had a metal ring that stuck out and wasn't level with the floor. Still waiting for a technician to address that. A lot of stress from buying furniture at this store. Next time, I will buy elsewhere.
