She spent many hours working with our family on this significant purchase. When there was a special sale on bed linens Lori travelled to 3 different showrooms looking for our desired sheet sets as she didn't want us to miss out on finding exactly what we wanted. When we purchased a second Hastens bed Lori worked to find the best shipping options and handled coordinating all logistics for a cross-country delivery. They brought another chair that also squeaked, and the delivery people were unable to take the other armchair because they were unable to remove the metal ring from the bottom. The coffee table came damaged. Had to be returned. The second try, the coffee table came in good shape. Thank goodness. Then another swivel armchair had a metal ring that stuck out and wasn't level with the floor. Still waiting for a technician to address that. A lot of stress from buying furniture at this store. Not sure but he is a god send - I recently needed a new mattress, and I went in explaining my spinal injury was front and center focus for me ; somehow I ended up on an extra firm mattress and when the sales person read the info outloud as I laid back I remember hearing extra firm level 3. Me knowing absolutely nothing about mattresses said this feels good, has little cushioning for my hip bones; and I reiterated many times I NEVER sleep on my back only on my side. We walked in on a Saturday afternoon, and were greeted by Joseph (Joe). He was very attentive, responsive, and he listened well to what we were looking for. While I completely understand that he needed to show us all our options, he helped us realize that we only really needed a base, as opposed to a box spring to go with our mattress. He explained all our options VERY well, and did not pressure us at all to buy anything we didn't need (even if it meant that we were spending less money in store). The fact that he offered us cold water to drink was such a nice touch, it put both me and my husband at ease. We will definitely be returning to this particular location, and working closely ONLY with Joe in the future. The delivery of the item was very smooth, and the delivery people were very communicative throughout the process. They explained everything to my husband (who, fortunately, was able to be home to receive the item), and they were VERY helpful in removing our old box spring from the premises.
