They did an oil change, vacuumed and cleaned out the inside for me and did everything the car needed. They are super nice people. Jessica and Brittaney were wonderful to talk to. When I walked in they were cleaning their shop on a Saturday morning. I made the comment that I've never seen anybody actually cleaning one of these shops before, they were always so dirty. Jessica said she's absolutely focused on cleanliness of her shop. Constantly cleaning it. You gotta try this shop and these people!They are wonderful and friendly. It is also a good value. You get a free car wash out of it also right next-door. Don't know why you wouldn't wanna come here! I will be back!

I needed a thermostat and gasket for my 2000 jeep cherokee , so i went down there and got the parts…read morethat they said I needed. I went to go install it and gasket was some cheep paper so it it ripped. I call them and they had a really bad attitude and didn't want to help me with some advice on what to do. I went back and got another gasket and asked if I needed rtb and they swore up and down that I didn't need any, went back to do it all again and guess what it was a bad seal.they did not want a returns or exuange for there faulty parts. Coolent every where waste of coolent,time and money. They where vary rude and not easy to work with. Horrible customer service.

We were recommended to his shop by a friend, We took our vehicle to his shop for a heater core…read morereplacement. We were quoted a fair price and was told that it would take a day to finish. We dropped it off at 10:00 a.m. and when we called the next morning to pick up the vehicle the vehicle was not done. With it not being done we had to incur another day on the rental car. When we finally got to pick up our car he was still working on it and it was not done so we had to wait an additional hour at his shop. When we picked up our vehicle it was extremely dirty and wet from the heater core backflowing inside our vehicle. Our belongs from our dashboard glove box and our middle console were thrown around our vehicle in which they got dirty and wet. We had to call and message him to let him know that the glove box light was on constantly and the glove box was loose. Also our A/C unit was not blowing air out of the vent on the middle passenger side. We took it back to his shop for him to fix it however he fixed the glove box but broke the shut off switch to the a/c vent and now the vent blows air but we can not close it because he broke the lever that closes it. Our dashboard is loose and our cruise control doesn't work. We made him aware of the issues by text and voicemail message but it is very hard to get ahold of him.

They had my vehicle for 2 1/2 weeks. Charge me over $1200. It was a horrible and huge mistake to…read moretake it to Gaines. Got it back with the oil overfilled and the AC not working. Picked up the vehicle returned it the same day. Let them know the AC was working when it went in and ask them to pull the oil filter so the oil level would go down. Instead they suck the oil out of the oil dipstick tube and sprayed oil all over my engine. Technician verified AC wasn't working when he gave it to me but didn't say anything until it was back in a stall, then they charge me over $100 to fix the AC that wasn't broken when it went in and gave me a new clunking noise. AC didn't work when I got it back. Never ever will I trade with them again. .. valve cover should be dipstick tube..
