Tim was cool, calm and collected and assured me many times he could get it done, but the cost could be high. We talked for a good hour on the phone creating strategies as he tried to picture what my situation was. As we talked it thru we found out I drove into a septic tank I didn't know I had. Trying to minimize the burden on my wallet Tim let me borrow a handful of heavy duty bottle jacks with a small deposit. After a day of struggle I managed to only make the problem worse.
