I asked him if I could use the discount coupon that the company sent me, and he said, "yes". When the service was finished, and I got my receipt, I noticed that the discount was not added and asked him about it. He said he forgot to tell the other worker and sorry. Did not say he could correct it or not. I looked at my vehicle manual and the last receipt (Invoice # 00635-2119) and noticed that my vehicle did not require synthetic oil as he had told me. My other receipt showed that MAX OF (premium oil) had been used. I believe this individual saw that I was elderly and decided to take advantage of me. He lied and he was not honest with me. I sent a message to the company on their web site and they never responded. I can only assume that their business practice is to up sale regardless of vehicle requirements

Looking around we realized there were 2 brand new people who could do nothing without the approval of the one person who had experience so, there were 3 bays and not much getting done in any of them. Once they got started it was another 20 minutes before we were brought a bill - for over twice the agreed upon price. Of course we complained and had to wait another 10 minutes for the "manager" to void the transaction and charge us the proper amount. so, close to an hour later we left without any other fluids, filters or even tire pressure being checked. All this after they kept my Jeep for a full week and I paid almost $1,200 for it. Less than 90 days later I saw the first leak ever, so I went back to find out what was wrong and it was the thermostat. They wanted almost $300 or more to replace it, when it would've only been an extra $50 - $100 if one of the 3 ASE Certified Mechanics had thought about it, or was it a way to be sure I would bring it back and pay more money? I do not recommend taking any chances with this repair shop. They used to be all about the Customers but now it is all about the billing.
