An associate offered to install the battery for me which I greatly appreciated. During installation he reversed the the battery cable and damaged the main fuse among other electrical parts. My vehicle had to be towed to the dealership for repairs. I was told that I would be reimbursed for the battery purchase and repairs. I have attempted to follow up on this on numerous occasions, but I have received multiple reasons as to why there has been no follow-up. I am not sure if this lack of respect and ownership is a general practice of all Autozones, just this autozone or the privilege of being young and female.

I reside in Knoxville, TN and have a son attending ASU. He recently needed a part for his car and I called O'Reilly's to get a price. Brancy (and I am not sure of that spelling) gave me a price, however when my son went to pick it up I had given the wrong information on the car. They could of said, "not my problem" however, this gentleman called his manager explaining the situation and while they could not meet the quoted price they did meet us halfway. He then proceeded to call me on his personal phone to explain what was happening and was further helpful to my son in getting the part picked up and on his vehicle. I would say he went the extra mile and if this is the type of employees they foster, it is a company I want to do business with. read more
