Not with BB! Carly even sent me a sweet card after I picked up all my bridesmaids dresses. She also helped me out AFTER all was said and done when one of my bridesmaids dresses didn't quite fit. A fun process overall! Framebridge made my high school cross country team project so easy. I…read moreunderstand there can be some "decision paralysis" with frames, backgrounds, and presentation, but the folks at the Myers Park location made it a very smooth process. After deciding the "big" decisions: frame, background, and the floating piece look, I'm sure the folks did a lot of precise measuring and aligning to make the final product look amazing. I really appreciate the attention to detail as well as "working with" what I had brought in. I had make-shifted a collage in a frame (the frame still had the original commercial art in it... pretty sure it was from the 90s judging by the family and the clothing featured in the frame graphics that advertised the size of the frame etc). We kept the original news paper clippings as well as the photo copy (blown up) of one article. The biggest question was the thickness of the frame and my varsity letter (with pins) being able to fit within the frame I selected. The staff made a "plan b" just in case and had made notes to call me if plan A ran into some snags. Overall, so happy with the result! All I had to do was hang it up in my office since the hanging hardware (wire system) and finishing is all included.

Even though it was a 25 minute drive, I made appointment for today. Morgan greeted me very personably as I entered and after I showed her damage to frames, she took them and in less than 15 minutes brought them out to me as good as new. When I pulled out my wallet to pay, she said there was no charge. This visit exceeded my expectations. Plus, the business had a really cool vibe and very friendly opticians.
