They provide a nice seated area for you and your family/friends to come in and shop with you. -You are allowed to try on a handful of dresses and as you come out to show your people the dress you are on a small elevated platform which helps them see and basque in the beauty. Cons: -No mirrors in the fitting room. They said this is for your benefit, but the problem is they clamp you into the dress and so you are not able to see the back of the dress ever. I wanted to low back dress and was told it was as low as I was wanting, but I never was able to see it. - Disappointed in their lack of integrity, specially Alyssa who was supposed to help me. - Dishonest sales representatives. I get that there is a quota in sales, but for a bride who is excited about dress shopping- we are an easy target to take advantage of when they don't think about the person first and it's all about the sale. -At the Selwyn location, Alyssa Thao was the sales rep who sold me my dress. She essentially upsold me (without my knowledge) into buy shoulder straps by never showing me the complete dress which ALREADY INCLUDED STRAPS! She was extremely dishonest which was a shame since she seemed so nice. When confronting her about it when picking up the dress, the only response was that it was sitting on a table where it was visible to me. And that it was my fault for not noticing it. - I told management of the dishonest sale and they kept brushing past it. They never admitted fault and said they needed to push things up to corporate (you cannot contact them yourself) to return the straps that I never even left the store with. OVERALL: DON'T BUY HERE. Don't let the glowing reviews fool you. Remember it's your big day to go dress shopping, don't let the excitement blind side you to the fact that these people will do whatever they can do to get the dress out of the store as fast as they can... A fully refund was never issued and now I have to go through additional measures to get it back. Throughly disappointed in their lack of integrity.

It feels elevated and luxurious while still being incredibly warm and welcoming. Elizabeth greeted my mom, sister, and me with champagne, then sat down with us to get to know me, my wedding, what I thought I wanted, and what we were comfortable spending. She gave us a tour of the gorgeous showroom and then pulled dresses for me based on everything we had discussed. We had our own beautiful glass-enclosed bridal suite with a couch for my mom and sister, a huge mirror, a curtained changing area, and even drawers for my clothes, shoes, purse, etc. Elizabeth personally helped me in AND out of every gown while my mom and sister got to relax with their champagne and wait for each exciting reveal. It felt so private and intimate, like those moments belonged to just the three of us. Elizabeth immediately made me feel comfortable and was SO easy to talk to. She was also the BEST hype girl ever!!! By the end I basically wanted her to be my new BFF and literally invited her to my wedding There were so many gorgeous dresses in the price range we discussed, and I really appreciated that Elizabeth respected it. She never pressured us to spend more or pulled dresses I couldn't realistically say yes to. The first dress was more in line with what I thought I wanted, but dress #2 was Elizabeth's wild card...and THAT became my wedding dress!!! I was immediately obsessed. I tried on one more just to be sure, but all I wanted was #2 back on, so I knew there was no reason to keep trying! Once I found THE dress, Elizabeth helped me create the entire look. She somehow pulled my hair into the most perfect bun in about 30 seconds, and I was so impressed I asked if she could do my wedding hair too When I asked about jewelry, she immediately found the perfect necklace and earrings, then helped me find my perfect veil. I bought the whole look!!! When I officially said YES, she celebrated right alongside us, took my "Down with the Gown" pictures, and had me sign the champagne cork. She made an already huge moment feel even more special! The care continued after my appointment too. Elizabeth mailed me the sweetest handwritten note welcoming me to the Ladies of Lineage family, and they later personally invited me to an exclusive event to meet Sassi Holford, the designer of my wedding gown, while she was visiting from London! I unfortunately couldn't attend, but being thought of and invited as one of their Sassi brides meant so much. I walked into Ladies of Lineage hoping to find my wedding dress and left having had the bridal experience I didn't even know existed. It was the first time I really felt like a BRIDE, and it's a memory my mom, sister, and I will always have together! Fabulous Frocks is a consignment bridal store that carries both bridal and bridesmaid dresses. I worked with Amanda that day and she was very helpful. After trying on a few dresses, she pulled a few more after noting the elements that I liked. With each dress, she pointed out the details of the dress, including any imperfections, and helped me picture what it would look like bustled, etc. which all helped me make my decision. I ended up finding the one - it was the first one I tried and kept going back to :) - and cancelled the rest of my day so I could spend it doing other fun things with my mom.
