Stated that she didn't have time to look up how much it would cost. Told us we would have to come back. We drove 2 hours to that store specifically and were told to come back another day. We offered to look the cost of the dress up on the website and were given a "good luck" response from the girl. In 5 minutes we had found the cost, and another girl stepped in to help. The second girl was much more friendly and willing to sell the dress. Fast forward to the day of the prom, and we realized that the security tag had not been removed from the dress. Tried to call the store for help, but was unable to get through to anyone. Very stressful experience start to finish with this store.
