The dress my niece found for her prom was missing the tag. The girl seemingly in charge of the store at that time was unwilling to sell the dress due to the missing tag. Stated that she didn't have time to look up how much it would cost. Told us we would have to come back. We drove 2 hours to that store specifically and were told to come back another day. We offered to look the cost of the dress up on the website and were given a "good luck" response from the girl. In 5 minutes we had found the cost, and another girl stepped in to help. The second girl was much more friendly and willing to sell the dress. Fast forward to the day of the prom, and we realized that the security tag had not been removed from the dress. Tried to call the store for help, but was unable to get through to anyone. Very stressful experience start to finish with this store. If she didn't love the dress so much we would have brought our business elsewhere. read more

Honestly the store is fine, the manager needs a serious attitude check. if you go into this store steer clear of her. Entirely rude human being with no custom service skills. My kid was Sitting on the floor next to one of the racks watching something on the phone (he has really bad social anxiety and we are working on getting him out more. the phone helps him when he's having a bad day.) I crouched down to let him know we were getting ready to go. she stopped short and very rudely said "Excuse me" in a very annoyed tone. i apologized and she let out an exasperated sigh and said "Just move" in the rudest way possible. Bought a dress here for a holiday party, when I bought it I noticed it had some stains and a broken strap. I asked the cashier if they could order the dress online in my size because this was the last one. She looked it up and said no but that removing the stain and fixing the strap would be easy fixes. She was very rude to me, actually. I know the fixes are easy I just shouldn't have to fix it. Oh well, I got a whopping 10% off, I guess. I washed it and fixed the strap but then I noticed stains at the bottom of the dress that look like ink. If there was ink on the dress they shouldn't have sold it at all. Those stains are never coming out. read more

I found a dress I absolutely loved but once I tried it on again, I realized it did not fit nearly as well as I originally thought. When I attempted to return it and receive a refund, the system, for whatever reason, would not issue the refund back onto my card. One of the store associates was abundantly helpful. The issue with the system was not her fault. However, what appeared to be the current manager immediately insisted I accept a gift card. I was on a trip, and this was the first time I had ever purchased anything at a Windsor store. I had no use for the gift card and did not want one. One associate suggested I instead receive the refund in cash. I was beyond disgruntled with how unhelpful and matter-of-fact the manager was. At some point during this interaction, I had enough time to view some of the dresses available within the store. I initially wanted to receive the refund and then return later that week. My experience marred my desire to purchase anything at the store. After forty minutes of the manager relentlessly trying to convince me to take the gift card, I had developed a headache from the sheer frustration and just wanted to leave. read more

My daughters went in the Manchester N.H. location. They were approached by Renee the store Manager and were told "I am not your mother and you need to pick up the fitting room". This person should not be dealing with customers. I could go on and on as there was so much more said but I believe anyone reading this can get the idea. I have reached out to the district manager and plan to keep reaching out as I would love to speak to the CEO of this company as they would be horrified knowing how the manager speaks to customers. As a business owner, I would want to know and take action as to not loose all my customers!! read more

I bought a couple pairs of leggings from here yesterday and when I got home they both had security tags on them still. I called and asked for a manager. I got one and she told me to YouTube how to cut it off! I called back today and spoke with a different equally untrained manager who told me the only option I have is to come back in. That is an hour and a half drive that I am not willing to make for their error. These clothes are as good as garbage to me and I want to throw them out and get my money back.... I'm unfortunately going to have to go through the corporate office to make that happen, because the so called managers currently staffed here are not qualified for their jobs. read more

After checking out the limited number of reviews here I have to disagree with a good number of them. My girlfriend and I walked in expecting to do what any ordinary person would do which would be shop about, try to decide, then walk out empty handed. This definitely was not the case because of how well attentive the staff were. I asked for assistance for my girlfriend (even though she knew what she was doing). Immediately the staff stepped in and helped her pick out some dresses for this formal event we are going to in April. They were all cheerful and inviting and well opinionated. Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star. Understaffed store, especially during prom season. On a Saturday, there are only 2 employees, 1 for the register and 1 for the fitting rooms. No one offers to help you, luckily I spent less than 5 minutes to find what I needed, yet spent over an hour in the store. Over 1/2 hour waiting for a fitting room, and longer waiting to check out. I am disabled and need help in the fitting room. I was REFUSED to allow my caretaker to help me in the room...yet younger girls were allowed 2+ to a room. The treatment I received was humiliating to me. Then I noticed the dress had some rips ($44+). All I was offered was 10% off. There were no others left in my size. Store clerk would not check back with the fitting room attendant to see if any there, would not check other stores or on line for me. She was rude and basically it was 10% off, take it or leave it. I had no choice, I needed this specific dress so I took it and will fix it. This store needs management training. On a Saturday before prom/Easter, they need more staff and more than 1 register opened. People behind me were just leaving instead of waiting in that line. Great for bringing income (sarcasm) Never will I shop here again, no matter what read more
