I did not catch the name, but her pre-check assistant was also great. Lake Havasu Family Eyecare is probably one of the better offices for customer service. Even walking down the halls, other staff smiles and greets you. Very nice to see this in Havasu as it's not always the case w/medical offices. Today I took my 90 year old dad in to see if he could get new frames for a pair of prescription…read moresunglasses that he sat on in the car. We walked in and was greeted with a smile from Wes. He asked how he could help us. My dad told he he needed new frames. Wes looked at the glasses and the frame and said, "I can fix these for you, I'll be right back" Within a few minutes he brought back the glasses, like new. No charge and couldn't accept a tip.
