My old SNS had been on my nails for over a month as I was moving across the country and ran out of time to get them redone before the journey. By the time I found myself with TaTa (I believe that was her name), one of the technicians at Lotus, I had a few nails already peeling. TaTa made sure to take great care of my nails as she was removing the SNS, being gentle and thorough with the removal of 100% of the SNS. This surprised me as 1. I have extremely brittle, sensitive nails and I ALWAYS have to remind technicians to be careful. Not once did I have to ask this of TaTa. And 2. I had never been to a nail salon that completely removed the SNS instead of applying on top of the existing layer. They definitely know what they're doing here. TaTa was very kind, knowledgeable, and made sure throughout the entire experience I was getting exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back!
