I said absolutely not... I won't trust anyone but Morgan Air to make that decision. Andy came out and sure enough - he fixed it!!! He saved me thousands of dollars. He also saved my neighbor thousands when she had a scummy company come out who tried to rip her off. Thankfully I was able to convince her not to sign the contract and I sent an urgent message to Morgan Air to come give her a quote. They came out quickly and charged her less than half the price for the same job!! The service is quick, they are extremely thorough, pricing is very fair, they never upsell or pressure me to do more than what I can afford and is needed. It is also immediately evident that Andy knows the HVAC world like the back of his hand. Every time he has been out he takes the time to look through everything, and he educates me along the way! He finds ways to prolong my system and reminds me of things like my filter needing to be replaced lol. He really looks out for me and my home and I can't thank him and Morgan Air enough!!

The initial install was completed by a contractor that Chase no longer uses for his business. Long story short, Chase ensured that his employees Andrew and his working partner installed a new replacement. The process took a few days due to the weekend which caused an ordering delay but Morgan Air Care came through. It is refreshing when a company follows through on their work. I bought a new system from all around and have told them for more than 2 years something was wrong…read moreand that my system wasn't working correctly. Runs all the time, won't heat or cool my home not to mention the duct they crushed was never replaced. Only got excuses ie: the unit can only cool or heat 10 degrees from the outside temperature. After several service calls that I had to pay for this issue has yet to be resolved. Now paying twice as much on electric bill. Needless to say, I had an issue and did not call them back but today and was told it wasn't wired correctly and that is why it runs 24/7. I wanted to give all around the opportunity to correct but they want to charge me. DO NOT BUY A NEW SYSTEM FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN.
