While I was out of town, my wife called this company about a small leak around the base of our toilet. They came out, but instead of simply diagnosing and addressing the issue, they had her wait while they spent roughly 45 minutes sitting in their van putting together three "proposals." The options started at about $1,000, with a second option around $2,000 and a top-tier option around $3,000. As I recall, the $3,000 proposal included replacing the toilet, while the first two were various levels of "repair." That seems like an awful lot of money for what turned out to be a bad wax ring damaged during a flooring install. I have since removed the toilet myself, replaced the wax ring, and everything is fine. No major repair was needed and certainly no $1,000-$3,000 solution. No wonder their address is on "profit dr." If this company isn't private equity-owned, they're sure doing a good impression of the private-equity playbook: upsell aggressively, present multiple expensive options, and turn a simple repair into a major sales opportunity. What a rip-off. Get a second opinion before agreeing to anything. Buyer beware. read more

This is not how we started out with this company. I could do nothing but give them a 5 star rating before April 2026. Despite several service calls and repairs and I do mean several my system continues to fail. I have repeatedly had to leave work, rearrange my schedule and remain home for service appointments, endure uncomfortable indoor temperatures and spend hours making calls to coordinate repairs or obtain updates. This company is completely fraudulent and ridiculous. Posting on Facebook with promises of free minor repairs and assessments only to show up and not even look at the system; just an immediate quote of $10,000 for a new system?!? What a joke. I am a freelance writer for multiple HVAC companies in the US and so I know the way that it works and how a customer should be treated. This was a complete mess from start to finish -- which wasn't long at all. Advertising the way they do as the summer months approach, especially here in Texas, and they are only offering "free" help to ensure they get to the home first and get the job and payment first before any other companies are called. Needless to say, I did NOT purchase a new $10,000 system, and after an $800 fix, my system is working again. Yes, that's right, $800; that's $9,200 cheaper than what these jokers quoted me when they promised to come out and assess the system (which they did NOT) and fix minor issues for free (also did NOT). DON'T fall for the scam here. These guys are only after big money and not customer care or budget-friendly and honest fixes and solutions. Take my advice or don't, either way, BE SURE TO LOOK SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN HERE FOR HELP. read more
