I stumbled across Copeland on Facebook. Our AC was out and it was 90 degrees in the house. After companies said we needed a complete replacement Jordan arrived. He first said two things: let me take a look at the system first and what are your goals. Jordan spent time actually going through the system and suggesting we try and get it running to get us through the last month of summer. He came back on Sunday and was able to get the system running. Now there are issues with our 20 year old system and it will have to be replaced, but Jordan met our goals of cool air and buy some time. I bought a Trane a/c & heat unit in Aug. 2023. No problems for some time, but in July this year, my a/c stopped. Called Copeland and they came out within a couple hrs. I found out then that there is a device on the a/c that will shut off a/c if drain water backs up. They were able to blow the line. However, my line was so bad they had to come back later that day and do more. They came back until my issue was resolved. The men that came were polite, knowledgeable, respectful, and committed to fixing my issues. Gave me tips to help prevent this from happening again. I called your home office Friday afternoon to get some help with my a/c at my home in Wylie. The woman on the phone was courteous and professional. 'Josh' showed up and I explained the problem. He was here for over two hours and located the problem, a rat had ripped the duct open and I have been air conditioning the attic. Our AC went out and I called and got on their schedule. While they were late getting to me they communicated well and let me know that they were running behind. As late as it was they still showed up and called the owner to find out if they could get the parts on a Saturday and get us fixed.
