Once we got set up and our ceremony started, both the groom and I were very happy with our vows and ceremony. She say stated requirements. I said again could either visually or on piece of paper show me how much space is needed for stamp so I can fix it and come back. She stated she was done and to have nice day. I ask for manager or her boss info she stated she was highest person I could speak to which was not true. Worst service I have ever experienced at any financial institution. Will never do business there as ling she works there. Gave several chances to fix her mistake and refused.
