The day of our ceremony we were running late and yet they both were very patient and understanding. We were traveling from Naples to the Brooksville courthouse. Once we got set up and our ceremony started, both the groom and I were very happy with our vows and ceremony. She say stated requirements. I said again could either visually or on piece of paper show me how much space is needed for stamp so I can fix it and come back. She stated she was done and to have nice day. I ask for manager or her boss info she stated she was highest person I could speak to which was not true. Worst service I have ever experienced at any financial institution. Will never do business there as ling she works there. Gave several chances to fix her mistake and refused. We needed guidance on how to fill the forms out (that we can get from the Hernando County website ourselves) and to have her file them as we now live out of state. She refused to help and did not now which forms to use. It took over 2 weeks to find this out. She refused to refund my daughter and no service was provided. I highly recommend using ANYONE else or going to the courthouse yourself to ask questions.
