Victor from Emanuel Gutters was very professional and knowledgable. He even pointed out where the original installation had placed the downspouts in the wrong locations, and how relocating them would be more esthetically pleasing. He helped pick the correct color (Emanuel Gutters had easily 3-4 times more color options than the original company) and he expertly executed the installation. This was money well spent and a small number of rain storms later, everything is still dry. My only negative regarding this experience was that I had some difficulty getting a response from Rick and scheduling the installation. While he never confirmed a time or even told me when they were coming (they just showed up a week later), he did say the could get it done next week and they did just that. Difficult to schedule, but true to their word on delivering a good product and meeting the timeframe they specified.
