He "no showed" for his confirmed service appointments numerous times. He said he would personally provide instructions on how to operate the drip system he installed, which he did not. He said he would also provide guidance on how to operate the preexisting subterranean electrical lines for outdoor lighting additions, which he did not. And worst of all... the grass sod he installed did not take in numerous areas (see pics). Freddy repeatedly claimed he would come back to fix the browned and dead sod, but he never did. Text message after text message of unkept promises. He made sure he collected all the money we originally agreed to in the service contract though. Overall, Freddy proved to be an untrustworthy person who did not live up to his word. We ended up disappointed with his lack of professionalism in following through with his appointments, and we were very disappointed with his decision to abandon the project before it was finished properly.

Learning as I go there is a difference between trimming and skimming your palms! New news to me and an extra charge apparently. BUT with Perez Tree Service the price was far more economical than others. They arrived on time for their estimate appointment, was able to book an appointment quickly for the work and the job done was great! They left the yard very clean and no debris in my pool. On the plus side, my neighbor was left stranded from another tree company on the same day that Perez Tree Service was at my property and they were kind of enough to go over and do the work for my neighbor.
