They did not notify me they were delivering my car and when they did, they left it blocking my garage door. The vehicle has a broken wheel and can not be moved out of the way of the garage. The driver could not have found a worse place to leave it on my 22,000 SQ Ft of pavement which includes 3 designated parking areas. It looks like he tried to hit the smallest parking area but missed the back side of the parking pad by 15' and left the car hanging out and blocking a garage door. 15' further back would have been perfect, it's a shame they delivered the car over 200 miles and missed by 15'. Had they offered me the courtesy of a simple phone call, I would have been available to show the driver where I wanted the car

She was traveling alone from college in Kentucky, home to Maine, and encountered a flat tire on the highway in Barboursville. I called various wreckers and got nowhere, until I called the kindest woman at A-1 Wrecker Service. She sent a wrecker out to my daughter and even told me the best place to get a new tire. A-1 Wrecker had someone out to my daughter within 15 minutes! From our daughter's frightened call to being back on the road took only 1.5 hours (shout-out to the amazing NTB in Barboursville, as well!), which is simply amazing. When Sara got home, she said that she had encountered the nicest, kindest people that she had ever met, so I really wanted to thank you all. Thank you for taking care of our girl when she needed it. I gave them my car on November 11. They kept it for 35 days. I go to pick it up on December 16 and before I could even look it over Danny was only worried about me signing the insurance check and writing a Google review. He wanted me to do the Google review as I was standing there in front of him. I told him I would later. I walk out to look at my car and before I could even look it over he was out the door and closed up and gone. The body repair and paint looked fine, but I noticed the emblems that go on the back of the car were not on it. I got in it and when I put it in reverse there was a big blur spot on my backup camera. I contacted him by text the next morning. He said he would get the emblems and to bring my car in, that the smudge on my camera was likely buffing compound. Finally, on January 12 they put the emblems on and tried to buff the camera, but it did not help. They asked me to bring it back on a day that Danny was there, that he could probably make it clear. I go back at the specific time they gave me and Danny was not there as he was supposed to be and another worker tried again to buff it out. It still did not work. The worker tells me that it cannot be buffed out, they will have to get a new camera. I waited a week and on January 19 contacted him to see if the camera was in. He said he would check and get back to me. He never contacted me and on January 28 I asked again. He said still no camera. I asked again a few days later and he never bothered to answer me. On February 5 I asked him to please let me know and he told me I could bring it the next week and I told him I would be there on Monday the 9th. He told me he would work towards that, but they were behind and trying to catch up. Never a thought to the fact that I had been patient about them having my car for 35 days and was still trying to have my car repaired to the original condition for almost 3 months. It was agreed I would bring my car in on February 9 at 8:30. I get there and he asks if I am just dropping the car off because they do not have the camera yet and are hoping to get it by around noon. The lady in the office called to check on it while I was standing there and she told them on the phone that they had ordered it the week prior. They originally told me they were ordering it on January 12. This was three weeks to the day later. He never even bothered to order it until I kept asking about it. I suspect he hoped I would give up on it and they would not have to replace it. They damaged my camera while doing body repair and he did not want to make it right, but I was not giving up. It was a car less than 6 months old. So, I finally went back that afternoon at 3 and a nice older man was there to install it and it took less than 10 minutes for him to do. After 90 days my car was finally back to its original condition. This place did not make it easy or simple. The workers there I dealt with were fine. The owner, Danny, just did not want to own up to their mistake. It is interesting to note that after all that time and stress of trying to get him to repair my car he did not ask me to leave a review again for obvious reasons. So, beware in dealing with this business. If you do I hope you do not expect it to be timely.
