Does not answer the literal question and the reason for photos or the video. Provide me some feedback. Quoted rate yes no maybe hello....lock it in no sliding scale etc... something... Response again is the same thing. Literally like Appointment confirmed let me know if you have any additional concerns. Am I speaking a different language? At this point I know you are messing with me you have to be. Not only is it unprofessional it's incredibly rude. I respond again saying this is the 3rd. time now you have ignored the question and the precise reasoning for the photos and videos. I even referenced back the message of me saying please confirm the no extra increase. This is why in the beginning I told this company right off the bat if you don't do these things I totally understand I don't have to work with you guys I am okay. When they left my wife and I were all ready to hire them. Estimates and contracts were a breeze, and before we knew it we were at their showroom in Medford,NJ. We worked with Steve's sister(Amanda) who was a tremendous help with flooring, tile and countertops. We had different experts in throughout the project and every one of them left the job site cleaner than they found it. But I would have to say the best part of the entire project was working with Dynamic's foreman Trevor. We never had to guess when any of the contractors were going to show up, Trevor handled everything and was there to answer any of our ridiculous questions via text message during the project.
