They have a large number of places you can park after you get your car washed to dry it yourself, use the free vacuums, etc. The car wash location is always very well-maintained. I've never gone there and had something be broken or seen any trash laying around. It's really nice to go to a super clean facility.

She looked at it and said she was sorry she didn't have any recommendations but not even five minutes later, the manager was there and looking also. He thought maybe those white erasers would do the trick with the all-purpose cleaner. He came back with two and low and behold, IT WORKED! Honestly, just the best. I know it's always been our go-to when my kids were little- they sometimes have fun themes, but for me to continue going, it's the extras that you don't think you needed. The stain trick and customer service has me hooked for life.

They ended up saying that it was already damaged when I went in the wash. They sent me a screenshot of my car with a mark that does not match the damage made to my car. I asked for the video and of course they have not responded for days now. You can see in the images and the super imposed image that the damage doesn't match. Either they are photoshopping images or there was dirt on my car(imagine that, I was washing it). They are willing to risk loyal long term customers over $150 fix. Do not go here!
