This office is located in the heart of the Hawthorne business district, so it was a pleasant surprise to get local lunch recommendations from the person managing the front desk. It's this type of exchange that will always convince me to shop small, and to support locally-owned businesses.

They were excellent in all ways, but one: Instead of shrinking some of the images to the size I requested and then print them, they printed them and then cut some of them down to size. This took a lot of the image of each piece of art away. This cost me $100.00 for something I can not use. Note: I absolutely abhor giving bad reviews. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication.
