Roto Rooter helped without an issue, the back up was not in a main and it was very easy for them to tell just by asking if anything other then my washer and kitchen sink backed up. It took Roto Rooter less then an hour and the cost was half of that I had to pay Tureks.

Multiple doors and drawer fronts were manufactured in the wrong sizes and need replacement. Four additional doors were finished incorrectly. To make matters worse, the hardware holes throughout the project were drilled crooked, causing doors and drawers to be visibly misaligned. The installers were friendly, but friendliness does not make up for poor workmanship, lack of quality control, and inadequate follow-through on warranty and service issues. Had I seen a review describing these kinds of problems before hiring this company, I would have looked elsewhere. In my experience, the biggest issue appears to be the new ownership and the decline in quality and customer service that has followed.
