He was patient, and addressed all our concerns and questions promptly. The tile work was perfect, the vanity cabinet he designed was well made, and customized to our needs, and all the surface work from the floor up was excellent. Cody is very easily one of the most unprofessional people I have worked with. First, he showed up unannounced and was surpirsed that we weren't available. When calling him to reschedule, he refused to accept any blame for showing up without notice even though that is abnormal for maintenance calls. I could go on, but I believe this easily demonstrates my point. If you want quick service or good communication, do not speak with Cody. I'm sure the other members of HandyPRO are fine, but Cody seems to enjoy belittling the customer.
